Not For Sale is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to ending modern day slavery. We worked with their Amsterdam office to help develop 'Home' - a food brand and training program where survivors of human trafficking are taught to prepare soup that is then sold to women working in the city's red light district. After the women graduate from the culinary training, Not For Sale works to place them in jobs or paid internships throughout Amsterdam. The brand has now transformed into Dignita, the restaurant that Not For Sale runs to provide real kitchen experience for its trainees. Check out more of the story here.
